The house

Precision, in a room that lets you breathe.

Maison Kalléa opened in Lusail in 2026 with one idea: a space where women can train seriously without performing for anyone.

Classes stay small on purpose. A coach who can see six women can correct six women — spring load, pelvis, ribs, breath. That is the difference between moving on a Reformer and actually practising Pilates.

The rest is deliberate too: a women-only floor and changing rooms, the Lusail skyline through the windows, and a schedule that runs from early morning to evening so it fits around real days.

What we practise

Classes & sessions

Every class is marked with a level: All Levels · Beginner · Intermediate · Advanced. If you are unsure where you sit, start with All Levels and a coach will place you.

Reformer

The foundation of the studio, and the class most women come for. Sliding carriage, calibrated springs, footbar and straps — full-body work with the spine supported throughout. Spring load is set person by person, which is why the same apparatus suits a first session and a serious training week.

Group · All Levels · Beginner · Intermediate · Advanced

Tower

Vertical work on the wall unit: push-through bar, leg and arm springs. Excellent for posture, shoulder mobility and opening the front of the body after long desk days.

Group · All Levels

Chair

Compact apparatus, spring-loaded pedal, nowhere to hide. Builds single-leg strength and standing and seated control, and exposes an imbalance faster than anything else in the studio.

Group · Intermediate · Advanced

Matwork Pilates

The classical matwork repertoire with balls, rings and bands. No machine between you and the movement — the honest way to find your deep core, and the practice you can take home with you.

Group · All Levels

Pilates Therapy

One coach, one body, across Reformer, Tower and Chair. For post-partum recovery, back and neck pain, scoliosis, or returning after an injury. Every session is assessed and adapted, and it is the right place to start if you are unsure.

Private · By appointment

Lymphatic drainage — MLD

Manual work in a dedicated room, slow and rhythmic, following the lymphatic pathways. For fluid retention, heavy legs and post-operative recovery. Bookable on its own, with no membership needed.

Individual · By appointment

Maderotherapy

Contoured wooden instruments worked by hand along the thighs, hips, abdomen and arms, for circulation and body contouring. Often taken after a drainage session — release first, contour after.

Individual · By appointment

Corporate & private groups

Wellness sessions for companies, ladies' clubs and private circles, hosted at the studio outside regular class hours.

Equipment

Five springs. That is the whole secret.

Walk in and you see a row of machines. What matters is underneath: the red, green, blue and yellow loops.

Each spring carries a different tension. Change one, and the same exercise becomes a rehabilitation movement, a deep core drill or a serious strength session. The body does not adapt to the machine — the machine is set to the body.

It is why one Reformer class can hold a woman four months post-partum and a competitive runner at the same time, both properly challenged.

Reformer

Sliding carriage on rails, five springs, footbar and straps. The apparatus most of our classes are built on.

Tower

Vertical frame with push-through bar and leg and arm springs, integrated into each station.

Chair

Compact, unforgiving, and the fastest way to expose an imbalance. A small seat, a spring-loaded pedal, and nowhere to hide — used in private and therapy sessions to build single-leg strength, and standing and seated control.

Our Reformers, Towers and Chairs are bonPilates apparatus — aluminium frames, precision moving parts, and a finish that holds up in a room where everything is visible.

Body recovery

Worked by hand,
not by a machine.

A dedicated treatment room, a trained female therapist, and manual techniques chosen for what your body is actually asking for — recovery, circulation, or contouring.

  • Lymphatic drainage 60 or 90 min

Slow, light, rhythmic work following the lymphatic pathways. For fluid retention, heavy legs, post-travel swelling and post-operative recovery. You leave lighter rather than looser.

  • Maderotherapy 60 min

Contoured wooden instruments, worked by hand with firmer pressure along the thighs, hips, abdomen and arms. Stimulates circulation and works on body contouring. Best taken as a course of sessions rather than one, and often combined with drainage in the same visit — release first, contour after.

  • Deep tissue & recovery 60 min

Firm manual work on the areas Pilates loads most — shoulders, lower back, hips, calves. For training weeks that have been heavy, or shoulders that have spent too long at a desk.

Body recovery is open to everyone — you do not need to be a Pilates member to book. Tell your therapist about any recent surgery, pregnancy, or circulatory condition, and the protocol will be adapted or postponed.

The space

Eleven floors above Lusail.

A studio floor, a treatment room, a matwork room, changing rooms with lockers and showers, and a coffee corner for the part of the visit that is not training.

Before you come

Questions we are asked

Is Maison Kalléa women only?

Yes. The studio, the changing rooms and every class are reserved for women, and all our coaches and our therapist are women.

Where is the studio, and where do I park?

Maison Kalléa is on the 11th floor of QIG Tower, Lusail. Free valet parking is available at the tower entrance — leave your car with the valet, take the lift to floor 11, and the studio is right there. Some map applications still point to the wrong pin — if you are unsure, call +974 3348 9090 when you arrive and we will guide you in.

I have never done Pilates. Can I start here?

Yes. All Levels Reformer classes are built for beginners, and spring resistance is set for each person individually. Tell us it is your first time when you book and a coach will set your machine up with you before class starts.

What is the difference between lymphatic drainage and Maderotherapy?

Lymphatic drainage is slow, light manual work following the lymphatic pathways, to reduce fluid retention and heaviness. Maderotherapy uses contoured wooden instruments with firmer pressure, working on circulation and body contouring. Both are performed by hand by a trained therapist, and they can be combined in one longer session.

Can I book a body recovery treatment without being a Pilates member?

Yes. Body recovery treatments are open to everyone and can be booked on their own, in the app or by WhatsApp.

Can I practise after pregnancy, or with a back problem?

Often yes — it is one of the reasons the Reformer exists. Start with a Pilates Therapy private session so a coach can assess you properly. Bring your doctor's clearance if you have had surgery or a recent injury.

What should I bring?

Grip socks, comfortable clothing and your own towel — we do not provide towels. Machines, small equipment, lockers and showers are all at the studio.

How do I book a class?

Through the Maison Kalléa app on iOS and Android, or by contacting us on WhatsApp. Classes are deliberately small, so booking ahead is recommended — especially for evening slots.
